PAX Unplugged Demos: Come Visit!

We will be at PAX Unplugged this weekend, in booth #3233 with demos of Mystic Curling Club, Chess Joker, Good Puppers Too, and more!
We're the CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE! Well, at least the Expo Hall Universe.
Come visit! We'll have daily Draw to the Button contests at 12 and 4PM with chances to win fabulous prizes, plus you can see our production samples up close, including our delicious dice. Do not eat the dice, though.
Thank you all for backing our fun campaign, we're super excited to get it printed and off to you all :)

Good Curling everyone! We are here with an update.
We've continued sweeping hard and are up to over 500 backers and 120% funding. That's great! Thanks to everyone who's joined so far, and we hope many more will come in for some curling fun :)
We're running a chill campaign (ha ha, ice is cold)- we won't bombard you with daily updates, just a reasonable amount scattered throughout the run. I know you all love curling and magic and adorable art - but you probably don't need me to remind you of that every day!
More Streams
Streams will resume tomorrow - I'll have a live stream on our Twitch channel of my Friday night league game (real curling! Not so much magic.) at 6:15 eastern. You can watch at twitch.tv/asmadigames.
Next week we'll be resuming our Thursday afternoon streams, with a development stream combined on Curling, Dungeon, and Chess work. You can see allll the development!
PAX Unplugged
We shall be at PAX Unplugged, booth #3233 in just a few weeks. We'll be showing off Mystic Curling Club, along with the freshly released Good Puppers Too, Innovation Ultimate, and Chess Joker. We're even having daily Draw to the Button contests at our booth for fabulous prizes!
Other Witchstarter Projects!
Kickstarter did an open call for magical and otherwise witchy projects for the month of October, of which we're a part. I peeked around the site to find some other projects I thought are fun, and here they are:
Wizard Community College - a little RPG card game of magic-gone-awry designed to last 20 minutes. This looks like a great little one-shot experience for your table/group of friends:
Hocus Pocus Hyperfocus: The ADHD Oracle Game - come on, the title alone is fantasitc. A storytelling game about absent-minded Witches. It's already funded, but you can late-back it.
Dreadful Meadows: Candy Cove - A magical game of farming...candy! If you could plant seeds that grow delicious treats, wouldn't you do it? Very adorable art, too.

Day 3: 90%! VODS, and Real Curling Tonight

Happy Friday and Good Curling everyone! A quick update as we close out our first week.
First off, 90% funding, hurray! We're closing in on our goal, thanks everyone :)
If you missed our stream yesterday, the VOD is here, or embedded below. We discussed lots of design things about Mystic Curling Club, and showed some of the older ideas that didn't make it in. Designing a good game is a long process, and sometimes it takes a lot of iterations to get it just right!
Finally, tonight we'll be streaming one of my real curling games, from my club here in Mass (Broomstones). 8:30PM Eastern, at https://twitch.tv/asmadigames. Joe and Lizz will be doing commentary, with possible other guest appearances.

Day 2: Stream Today! Game Design + Updates

Good Curling, all!
We're at 75% funding after a day, which is like a draw to the four-foot, just off the button. Not bad! Thanks to everyone who's already backed, and we hope many others join soon and over the course of the campaign :)
Today, at 3PM Eastern, we'll be doing a stream live on Twitch (twitch.tv/asmadigames), where we'll be doing some work on updates to the rulebook and cards. We got a lot of useful feedback from the LoadingReadyRun stream last night (Raw VOD: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2592898816 - a YouTube VOD will be posted later) along with some backers who peeked at the campaign and/or our temporary rulebook. No big changes, just some little things to clean up.

Tomorrow night, at 8:30PM Eastern, we'll be streaming live one of my Actual Real Curling games, from Broomstones Curling Club. Lizz and Joe Kim will be doing commentary and bantering with chat, and explaining all the fun Curling things that are happening. I'll try and pop on to discord from my phone a little between ends if I can.

Good curling, everyone! We're proceeding along nicely toward our goal, so thanks to everyone who's already joined the curling club :)
Tonight at 8:30 Eastern, LoadingReadyRun will be streaming some play of Mystic Curling Club on their twitch channel - twitch.tv/loadingreadyrun , which should be a fun time!
We'll also be streaming one of my real curling games Friday night at 8:30 Eastern, with expert commentators, silly banter, and general chaos. It's a pretty casual league, but it should be a fun adventure.
How to Help Spread the Word One of the most frequent questions I get when running a campaign is "How can I help?" from folks who want to see our games succeed. We appreciate any efforts you're willing to make!
Of course, telling your friends about the game is always a plus! But if you want something simple to do, engaging with our social media posts in various places (reddit, bluesky, twitter, facebook) in any way is immensely helpful. Algorithms are what they are, and they looove seeing replies, likes, reposts, or whatever.
